- Inclusive of cooking instructions.
- 1 packet marinades 400g of meat.
How to Use:
400g beef or lamb or mutton, cut into strips
Sugar and salt
- Mix 1 packet of paste with meat, sugar and salt
- Marinade for 4 hours or overnight.
- Thread meat onto soaked skewers.
- Grill until cooked through, flipping and basting continuously.
