Satay Daging Marinade Paste

This marinade goes especially well with beef, lamb or mutton.


Contents:

1 packet of Satay Daging Marinade Paste

  • Inclusive of cooking instructions.
  • 1 packet marinades 400g of meat.

How to Use:

400g beef or lamb or mutton, cut into strips
Sugar and salt
  • Mix 1 packet of paste with meat, sugar and salt
  • Marinade for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Thread meat onto soaked skewers.
  • Grill until cooked through, flipping and basting continuously.
