Cantonese Mooncake Skin

Contents:

1 packet of Cantonese Mooncake Skin


  • Inclusive of detailed baking instructions.
  • 1 packet makes approximately 4 standard size Cantonese Mooncakes.

How to Use:

4 salted egg yolks
480g lotus paste (or any other paste of your choice)


  • Steam the egg yolks for 2 mins. Allow to cool. 
  • Measure out 120g of lotus paste per mooncake.
  • Measure out 45g of Cantonese Mooncake Skin per mooncake.
  • Shape and mould into individual mooncakes.
  • Bake accordingly.
