- 1 packet makes approximately 4 standard size Cantonese Mooncakes.
How to Use:
4 salted egg yolks
480g lotus paste (or any other paste of your choice)
- Steam the egg yolks for 2 mins. Allow to cool.
- Measure out 120g of lotus paste per mooncake.
- Measure out 45g of Cantonese Mooncake Skin per mooncake.
- Shape and mould into individual mooncakes.
- Bake accordingly.
