How to Use:
1 broiler-fryer chicken
- Make incisions in the flesh and prick all over with a fork.
- Brush both sides with 1 packet of Peri Peri Marinade and sprinkle with rock salt.
- Cover and marinate in the fridge for a few hours.
- Grill while turning and basting continuously until golden brown.
- Cut the chicken into pieces and brush with Peri Peri Sauce.
